Your family code
Write it down or keep your welcome letter. You'll use it to sign in on any new phone, tablet or computer.
Open Your Academy
Check your email. Your welcome letter from Bright Oak Academy is on its way with your family code and a button that opens your Academy. If it isn't there in a few minutes, look in spam or promotions.
Your first steps
- Click Open Your Academy in your welcome letter (or above). That signs this device in.
- Answer four short questions: your school's name, your state, the children, and any foods to avoid. About five minutes, once.
- On another device, go to Sign in, choose Open your Academy, and enter your family code.
- If your plan began with the 7-day free trial, your first charge comes when the trial ends. Your code stays active as long as your membership is paid up.
